Body Back Boost

Body Back Boost is a high-intensity interval training HIIT workout which includes short periods of anaerobic exercise with recovery periods. This class is a weekly drop-in workout currently offered Saturday's (8-9am) at The :fitting room (formally Suzanne's Dance Studio) in the Uptown. Classes are one hour long and target every muscle in your body! If you would like to join us please wear workout clothes, tennis shoes and bring a yoga mat and water. Pre-enrollment is encouraged.
